Evolution and Systematics
Evolution and Systematics examines the causes and consequences of genetic change in populations. The time scale can be as short as a single generation (microevolution) to hundreds or millions of generations (macroevolution). We study evolutionary change in both natural systems and those under human disturbance or management. Our research is basic, applied, and at the basic-applied interface.
